The three steps

    Add the documents your office already produces — a bank statement, a trial balance, a payroll report. Drag them in, or click to choose them.

  2. 2. Review

    We read your files and show you what we found in plain English. You check it over and fix anything that doesn't look right before going on.

  3. 3. Download

    You get a file formatted for the finance system your office already uses, plus a short explanation. You review it and post it — nothing posts automatically.

Nothing happens without you

Every result is a file you review and post yourself. NJ Town Works never posts to your general ledger and never files anything for you. Your files stay private to your town and are never used to train AI.
